I have been a customer of Soundtel inc. for over a year now, and I must say that their services are average at best. While their website is user-friendly and their products are of decent quality, their customer support leaves much to be desired. I have experienced multiple instances of long wait times and unhelpful representatives. Hopefully, they can improve their customer service in the future.
