The Tent, INC is an average company. I bought a tent from them through their website, thetentinc.org. The tent is decent and it fulfilled my basic requirements. However, I feel that there are some improvements that can be made in terms of durability and design. The customer service was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.
