After consultations with several builders, we chose "Square One" for our kitchen/sitting area renovation.. From our first formal meeting through to the completion of the project, our confidence in their craftsmanship and integrity only grew stronger. It all begins with the Team they have assembled; Jordan and Joey were our initial contacts and provided us with a proposal and design to proceed with, and assured us that their costing is 100 percent transparent, and it in fact was. Changes or additional costs due to minor changes (that are expected in projects like these), were never done without consultation and approval. Our project manager was Todd - an absolutely honest, prompt and knowledgable individual. Todd and Joey assembled a team of electricians, plumbers, drywallers etc. ;all were extremely professional/thorough, and again, always there when they said they would be. Jay was our Square One primary carpenter - fantastic!!!!
In conclusion: Not certain what more one could ask for when going through a project like ours.All concerns or questions were responded to immediately (all Square one employees who touched our project were simply awesome - a true family feel). We wouldn't have changed a thing.
And oh ya- came in under budget - when does that happen!!!
