I had a mixed experience with Pt. Sentinel Mitra Adiyaksa. The security services provided by them were excellent. The guards were professional and vigilant. However, I was disappointed with their customer service. The staff was not very responsive to my queries and it took a long time for them to address my concerns. Overall, the security services were great, but there is room for improvement in their customer support.
