While my overall experience with ENGELI informa AG has been okay, I believe there is room for improvement. The team is responsive, but there were a few instances where I experienced delays in getting my requests processed. The website coprotect.com is fairly easy to navigate, although it could use some enhancements. In my opinion, ENGELI informa AG provides an average user experience.
