CUSTOMER: I had a mixed experience with C.v & a. The website was easy to navigate, but the product I received had some quality issues. The customer service was responsive and helpful, and they offered to replace the product. However, it was a bit inconvenient to go through the return process. Overall, I have mixed feelings about recommending this company.
