Cricket Wireless has been my choice for wireless service for a while now. The coverage is generally good, but there are occasional areas where reception can be spotty. The customer service is decent, although there have been a few instances where it took longer than expected to resolve issues. Overall, it's a satisfactory service, but there is room for improvement.
