As a customer of Western Way Condominium Association, I must say that the overall experience has been satisfactory. The maintenance of the premises is decent, and the common areas are usually clean and well-maintained. However, there have been a few instances where the response time to address issues could have been better. The management should improve their communication and response time to make the experience even better.
