I had a pretty average experience with Infogrow. The website was easy to navigate, but I found the overall customer service to be lacking. The response times were slow, and I had to reach out multiple times to get a resolution to my issue. The product itself was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. I wouldn't say Infogrow is a bad company, but they certainly have room for improvement.
