We first used Andersen about four years ago for a large window project and called them about replacing some bedrooms windows. The prices had increased since the first purchase we made with them and it was about 20% more than we'd planned. The salesperson explained the reasons for the increase (supply chain and a lack of price increase for several years) and in the end we decided that we preferred quality over price. We also got a repeat customer discount. The installers, Juan and Jose Anthony, did a great job. They were punctual, clean (and FAST - less than 4 hours!), and answered every question. This is not the cheapest product out there, but it is certainly one of the best and we really appreciate that it is USA manufactured and that the installers are employees of the company and take pride in their profession.
