I have been a customer of Rich Home Free Television Services for a few months now and I must say, I am not impressed. The channel selection is decent, but the streaming quality is inconsistent. Sometimes the video buffers for no reason, and it's frustrating. Additionally, the customer service is lacking. It takes forever to get a response, and when you finally do, they seem indifferent to your issues. Overall, I would rate this service as average.
