I had an average experience with The HCG Institute. The customer service was decent, but the communication could have been better. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was straightforward. However, the shipping took longer than expected and the packaging could have been more secure. Overall, it was not a bad experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
