I had a mixed experience with UniFa. While their products are high-quality and their website is easy to use, I had some issues with their customer service. It took a while to get a response and the resolution wasn't as satisfactory as I had hoped. Overall, I would still recommend UniFa, but it would be great if they could improve their customer support.
