CUSTOMER: I stayed at one of the properties managed by Rl West / Langtree on Lake Norman and had a fantastic experience. The location was beautiful, with stunning views of the lake. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the amenities provided were exceptional. I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the well-maintained grounds.
