I've been a customer at Toledo Area Community Credit Union for several years, and I must say, their services have been satisfactory overall. The website, taccu.org, is easy to use, and I haven't faced any major issues with it. The only complaint I have is regarding the occasionally slow customer service response. Other than that, it's been a decent experience banking with them.
