Being in Mayo clinic I was highly impressed by every single aspect of their service, and by every single employee in each and every department.
These are the people that make, and keep, the great reputation of Mayo clinic.
It is a pity that one nasty, rude Julie P. working in the lab should spoil this reputation!
After fasting for 24 hours, in preparation for a lab test, and after being on the run from one appointment to another, I am finally being called in to the lab. First Julie didn't allow my companion to come along - in the time that every other employee made no problem with that.
Then angry and rude Julie made an issue with some minor spelling mistake in the computer, making me go back to a different building to have it corrected.
As much as I explained that I already had close to a dozen appointments here in Mayo clinic, and NO OTHER employee even mentioned it; and as much as I BEGGED that the blood should first be drawn to enable me to eat, and I promised to have it corrected right afterward - Julie P. stayed tough and didn't want to proceed, making me spend another 45 minutes, hungry and weak, to have the stupid minor mistake corrected in the other building, and then wait in line again to check in to the lab.
Fortunately, I then had a very nice "Mayo-style" employee draw my blood, with my companion standing nearby.
I conclude: It is a pity that one nasty, rude Julie P. working in the lab should spoil the Mayo reputation!
