Stopped by here for a cocktail on a Saturday afternoon. It was definitely open with all the tables outside filled.
Snuck in for a cocktail only to find that the list entailed 5. Since I didn't feel like thinking about a request i just picked one from the list.
Cost was $16 which is about average.
Staff were polite and reasonably friendly.

Didn't eat the food.

Facilities were clean and the stripped decor based on sailors was a nice touch adding to the vibe.

It is nice to sit by the water and people watch...just be prepared for seagulls swooping.
