The person I spoke to in January, Timothy Brown, lied in explaining the 'coverage' we supposedly were getting. NO HOSPITAL coverage even though he said we were getting hospital.... I don't consider the supplemental insurance he sold us as hospital coverage when it's really a policy that only covers certain things AFTER you've been in the hospital. Total scam. Wish I could get the 5 months I paid to these scam artists back.
