I had a so-so experience with LGN. The website lgn.ai is informative and easy to navigate. However, the customer support was not up to par. It took them a while to respond to my queries and the resolution was not satisfactory. On the positive side, their AI products are top-notch. If they improve their customer service, I would consider giving them a higher rating.
