We just returned from Hotel B after a week long vacation.
The good.
Very clean hotel. One of my favorite things about the hotel was the cleanliness. Every time we came back to our room after a day of discovering the island, it was very clean and always smelled great. All of the other areas of the hotel were also clean. Not once did I have an issue with dirty tables or locations inside the hotel.
The food is fantastic. We ordered several things during our stay and we were not disappointed. The prices are not bad at all and they serve big portions. The breakfast that was included had 3 different options which were all delicious.
The location - if you want a beach this is not the place for you, however I had the best time of my life with a cheap snorkel mask. The water is amazing and there is tons of marine life just outside of your room.
Accommodations - I had a guest come visit me twice, he used a guest pass. During his first visit a group of tourists cane in a requested a day pass. The hotel had already given out many guest passes and they did not allow then in, however, because we were guests they actually allowed my guest to come in which was very nice of then to do.
I did not have any issues with electricity as some have had in the reviews.
They had an event on a Thursday which was nice. It ended fairly early as to not keep the guests up too long.

The bad - customer service
This is a 50/50 bad review as the customer service was very good when you approached the waiters or staff. If you asked for the things you needed they were very accommodating and helpful but if you waited for them to come to you and ask if you needed something you would wait forever.

There was also a funny incident were we checked in but we're never offered any drinks during our initial visit which I understand could of been due to many reasons but one day I had a question for the guy at reception and a waiter brought me a drink. There were other people checking in and I guess he didn't realize it was for them and neither did I. I thought they were complimentary. The guy at the reception quickly said no it's not for him! And then said, never mind just get another one for the other guests. I thought it was kind of rude but didn't care as they didn't offer me one during my arrival. The juice they served was actually very good.

In conclusion, this is a very good hotel. I think if the staff would have been a bit more friendly and approached the guests a bit more this would have been an even better experience. I would definitely go back but would check other options as well.
