Nuloom is an average company, nothing spectacular. Their products are decent and the pricing is fair, but I wouldn't consider them the best in the market. The customer service was satisfactory and they responded to my queries in a timely manner. I would recommend nuloom.com if you're looking for an affordable rug option.
