The food at Hai Yen Restaurant is absolutely amazing. I have been coming here for years and I am never disappointed. The flavors are always authentic and the presentation is beautiful. My favorite dish is the pho, it's the best I've ever had. The service is also top notch, the staff is always friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant!
