Here for the second time, liked it enough the first time to return after spending time overseas. The best combination of price, location, and quality of life in the area. I have had minor maintenance fixes at both my current apartment and the old apartment, and both times maintenance was there the very next day and fixed all the issues with no problem at all. Ample parking with no fee, no trash fees, actually there are no annoying hidden fees at all unlike most of the other properties in the area. Decent gym and good clubhouse, excellent courtyard and a small city park is adjacent. Very satisfied.
