I have been a customer of Sarlo de mexico s.a. de c.v for several years now and I have to say that their service is average. While they do deliver on time and their products are of decent quality, their customer support leaves a lot to be desired. There have been instances where I had issues with my orders and it took them a long time to resolve them. Overall, I would say they are just an average company.
