The on-board engineering corporation provided a satisfactory experience overall. Their website, (onboardengineering.com), was easy to navigate and provided a good amount of information about their services. The customer service was decent, as they were responsive to my inquiries and provided thorough answers. However, the products themselves were just average, nothing standout or exceptional. While they served their purpose as advertised, I wasn't particularly wowed by the quality or innovation.
