I recently rented an apartment through their website. 🏢 The process was straightforward and the website was easy to navigate. However, I found the customer service to be average. 🤷🏻‍♂️ When I had a minor maintenance issue, it took longer than expected for them to address it. The property itself was well-maintained and had some nice amenities, but I felt that the overall experience could have been better. The lease terms were fair, and the location was convenient, but the responsiveness of the management team left something to be desired. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there is definitely room for improvement in the customer service department.
