While the company website was easy to navigate and provided adequate information, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow, and I encountered some difficulty in getting clear, concise answers to my questions. Additionally, the overall communication was not as smooth as I had hoped. On the positive side, the technical expertise and the quality of the automation system provided were good.
