When we moved out from one of their properties, they deducted almost all of the security deposit money. In the letter they said not to call them but to send mails/letters if we want to dispute. We sent two letters, no replies. Then we called the regional manager, Mr. Bernard Brown, he said he would look into it and call me back. Never called back. When I tried to reach him again some days later, didn't even pick up, so I left a message. Few days later I call him after hours, he picks up and pretends that he cannot hear me. It was very clear that he was faking it.

Worst management ever. Should have seen the review first. No wonder why so many people give it one star. I'm going to tell all of my friends and whoever is reading this to avoid them.

We were at their 3601 Conshohocken Avenue, Philadelphia property.

[Update: I appreciated the response below from the owner and I called at the number given, no one answered, left a voice message with my call back number and still no return calls from the Eagle Rock Management... very disappointing.]
