I really wanted to like The Painting Company and originally had high hopes but unfortunately they left me disappointed. I had a consultant come out for an estimate for a handful of interior and exterior painting. Everything was ok at that point and he was intelligent and provided answers to any questions. All was well.

However, a week after the quote was expected to arrive, I still had heard nothing. I began calling every few days to check on it and never made any progress. The receptionist takes a note and says she will let the sales consultant know, and then I never hear back. Emails are equally unsuccessful.

In the end, I tried for several weeks to receive a quote because I liked the consultant at first and it sounded like they would be able to deliver high quality work, but this company fails terribly at communication. Even if I had received the quote eventually, I'd still be hesitant to hire due to poor communication which would likely be frustrating until job completion. Ended up going with another company.
