I have been using Snap inc.'s services for a while now and I must say, it has been an average experience. The app is user-friendly and has some nice features, but it lacks innovation and falls short in terms of performance. It crashes from time to time and can be quite frustrating. However, the customer support is excellent and they respond promptly to any issues or concerns I have. Overall, an average service that could use some improvements.
