I recently used this airline for a regional trip, and I found the flight and overall experience to be average. The staff were friendly, and the check-in process was efficient. However, I was expecting a bit more in terms of the in-flight amenities and comfort. The aircraft was a bit cramped, and the seats were not the most comfortable for the duration of the flight. Additionally, the pricing was a bit higher than I anticipated for the service and experience provided. Although the airline got me to my destination safely and on time, there were some areas where improvement could be made to make the journey more enjoyable for passengers.
