This place is top notch in every single aspect. I could not be any more happier that I joined. The facility is brand-new and well-maintained, creating the perfect lab for athletes to grow . The coaches are all outstanding and truly passionate about their teachings. The programming is extremely detail-oriented, focusing on building the proper fundamentals through each phase of every Olympic lift. Most importantly, there is truly a sense of community amongst all of the athletes training, regardless of their level-- everybody supports one another through even the most challenging workouts.
