The WORST Return Policies!!!! I purchased some slippers through Sierra Trading Post's website that I really liked, but were just a bit on the small side - so I initiated a return online. First of all - I was charged an additional $3.00 to return the shoes and get a bigger size THEN after I'd sent the slippers back, I was charged for the slippers a 2nd time. I called the customer service department and they let me know that I was charged, but the charge will fall off once processed. This is extremely unacceptable to me. In an day and age where Amazon rules, I don't see why a company would charge me again after being able to see that I used their shipping label to return the slippers. Furthermore, I fail to see why I was charged an additional (small) fee to exchange the product I purchased. I will not be shopping with them again.
