I had no experience with cross fit coming into this gym. All of the coaches are very personable and patient. They truly care about you and want you to excel in the workouts and your personal strength. This is not only a gym, it's a community. Often they gather just to hang out and do life together. It's a great environment for all ages. When you join this gym you join a family that pushes you to your limits. Crossfit Spanish Fort is an amazing gym.
