I had an average experience with Integrated Bodywork Techniques. The staff was generally friendly and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. However, I found the massage itself to be just okay. It wasn't particularly memorable or impactful. I think there are definitely better massage places in town, but if you're looking for a decent massage at an affordable price, then this place might be worth checking out.
