Staff are amazing and went above and beyond for our anniversary. The balcony was gorgeous. The service was top notch. Old historic hotel so don t expect the plaza hotel in NYC. We loved the charm and location. So quaint with a lot of character. Loved seeing the winter park art festival art and decor! This place is true winter park.
