The web development company I worked with was good in terms of technical expertise and delivering a functional website. However, I was not completely satisfied with the design aspect. The website lacked creativity and did not match my brand's aesthetic. The team was responsive and made some adjustments, but I still feel it could have been better. Overall, an average experience.
