They actually had the audacity to phone me about an appointment cancelled quite more than 24 hours in advance and demand payment for said appointment. Ridiculous. Who does that? Such a pity... it was so convenient & quite a clean little shop, but those two things do not make up for terrible customer service nor a lack of couth.
There are much better and more professional places in Bath to take your business.
