I recently used Cts viagens to book a vacation package, and I must say, it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate, but there were a few issues with the booking process. The customer service was satisfactory, they were able to resolve my issues in a timely manner. Overall, I would say Cts viagens is an average travel agency.
