I had an average experience with the property management company that I found on gooderentals.co.nz. Although the staff was responsive and the property was in good condition, I faced a few minor issues during my tenancy. However, they were promptly resolved, and overall, it was a satisfactory experience. I would still recommend them for their professionalism and reasonable pricing.
