Recently purchased chemicals from a service provider. The chemicals are good, but the overall experience was not satisfactory. The website was not user-friendly and it was difficult to find the products I needed. Customer service took longer than expected to respond. Delivery was also delayed, which was disappointing. However, the chemical quality was fine.
