As one of my dining companions said, "it's a great crappy Irish pub." This primarily means it's a pub atmosphere with bar and music and pub style food that is generally acceptable. My most recent trip involved some odd exchanges with the waitress, who kept commenting on everyone's food/beverage choices in an extremely odd fashion, i.e. "You weirdo" or "You rebel," "Or I know you want some shots." It was somewhat offputting. But service was otherwise okay and quick.
