In my opinion this is by far the most unwelcoming law firm I've ever seen. The lady running the entrance was seriously jaw dropping rude both times I came in as I was trying to have her help figuring out which Paul I spoke with on the phone a few weeks ago, and trying to verify that again today since it's been 3 weeks. A very reasonable thing to question since there are 2 pauls in a small office and I found them on Google. Then one of the Pauls asked for $500 from me to provide an estimate. I need help with a bunch of immigration forms. I suspect he's greatly underestimating job since he hasn't even looked at it so I don't want to give him $500 without him looking at the scope of work because that's just reckless. He demands the $500 payment to provide an estimate. Any other law firm will sit down introduce themselves tell you what they specialize in give a few minutes of their time look at what you want done with you together. Not this firm. If you can't be polite get out of the customer service business.
