Excellent. Mike was knowledgeable and a great teacher. Very patient with me on my complimentary session, to understand the program used for my mobile terminal. There was a problem due to my error and when he figured it out just went on and fixed it without saying a word. What a pleasant experience. I can always call my sales rep with my question and Andy will either solve it or get me the right assistance. Way to go.
