I recently used Tripy s.a. for my vacation planning and I must say it was an average experience. The website was user-friendly and the booking process was smooth. However, there were a few issues with the hotel reservations and the customer service was not very helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience with Tripy s.a. as average.
