Poop like a Champion with Astra's "Frisia" Sugar free gummies!

So my brother bought a case of "Frisia" Sugar free gummies from Astra sweets and while they are very tasty and chewy they are also the best laxative I've ever tried. I am basically tossing the whole lot because only a handful of them will put me in the bathroom 20 minutes later with some epic trots. I mean volcanic eruptions folks. I have no food allergies, but these are flavoured with Stevia so maybe that's what's doing it...who knows, but if you need help pooping....these are the sweets for you!
