I recently engaged with this company for a project and was quite underwhelmed by my experience. The communication was inconsistent, which led to misunderstandings that could have been avoided with clearer dialogue. Additionally, timelines were not adhered to, creating unnecessary delays. While the team appeared knowledgeable, the lack of responsiveness and organization negatively impacted the overall workflow. I expected a higher level of professionalism given their market presence. I hope they take steps to improve these aspects for future clients.
