I purchased a product from vibrapro.com and found it to be below my expectations. While the website was easy to use, the product information was lacking. The customer service was unsatisfactory, with delayed responses and unhelpful answers. I believe that Vibra-Pro CO INC needs to work on improving their product quality and customer service to meet the expectations of their customers.
