The massage was great. The registration and invoicing process not so much. Upon your first visit a copy of your ID will be made and placed on file along with your credit card information, if you miss an appointment you will be charged. As long as this information is kept secure this procedure seems fair enough, but it is unusual compared to other health care providers.

Since I declined to give my credit card information they said they wouldn't direct bill my insurance company for me, again fair enough. However, at this moment I am still waiting to receive my online invoice from a massage 3 days ago, so I can't even claim it myself yet.
