I ve been 100% pleased with all aspects of my experiences with this dealership. Everything is straight forward-no surprises. Salespeople thoroughly explain pricing and the vehicles. Finance does a fantastic job. Service people go above and beyond! I bought a 2013 Silverado work truck. Twice I ve had my truck in shop for service and was given a fully loaded Silverado crew-cab to drive! And I m talking from Ankeny to Newton where I live, then to Pella where I work. A great place to do business!
